NSIC | Super Useful Review of the Medical Lecture! 干货满满的医疗讲座！
On April 21st, NSIC held a medical lecture in collaboration with Shenzhen Shekou People’s Hospital, attracted nearly 20 foreign residents. 除了在现场预约、挂号，你还可以在手机上进行预约！First, you should get an E-Health Card by following these steps: Scan the QR code—E-service— Homepage— Add E-Health Card— Select “I have a social insurance card” or “I don’t have a social insurance card”— Fill out the information.
点击“智慧服务”→“医院首页”→“添加电子健康卡”→根据自身情况选择“有就诊卡”或“无就诊卡”→按提示填入相关信息进行绑卡。Then you are able to make appointment. Scan the QR code—E-Service—Online appointments—Departments—Select a date—Select a doctor—Select time—Make payment (Appointments are available 7 days in advance).
绑卡之后在“智慧服务”→“线上挂号”里就能选择“科室、就诊医生、时间”等信息，按提示完成缴费即可（可预约7天内就诊号）。Medical information 医疗信息

COVID-19 Vaccination 新冠疫苗接种
During the lecture, everyone wants to know about the information about COVID-19 vaccination. When the vaccination service for expats will be opened? What are the vaccination sites for foreigners? What proof do foreigners need to get vaccinated? and etc.
大家最想要了解的就是有关新冠疫苗接种方面的信息，比如什么时候开放外籍人士接种服务？外籍人士疫苗接种点有哪些？外籍人士接种疫苗需要什么证明？等等。According to the doctor, the system would begin accepting COVID-19 vaccine reservations starting from 8 a.m. April 21st for expats, and there are seven vaccination sites for expats in Shenzhen. For specific certificates and precautions, please pay attention to the information of each vaccination site.
据介绍，外籍人士接种服务于4月21号早上8点开始预约，全市有七个外籍人士接种点，具体需要的证明和注意事项可以留意各接种点的消息。FAQ 大家想要了解的问题
If I feel unwell after vaccination, where should I go?
如果接种疫苗回家后感到不适怎么办？
You can go to the emergency department and provide your vaccination certificate.
您可以去医院的急诊科，告知医生您的接种史并提供接种凭证。
Can expats get an ambulance if there is an emergency?
外国人可以叫救护车吗？
Of course, but just like any other Chinese citizen, expats also need to pay for the costs that may occur (including ambulance fee, doctor and nurse fee, equipment fee and etc.).
当然可以，但是跟中国人一样，使用救护车都需要收费，费用除了救护车费可能还包括医生及护士费、医疗器械费等。（视具体使用情况而定）
Can I ask the staff from international clinics to accompany me to the hospital?
可以让其他国际医疗机构的专业人士陪同我去医院并提供帮助吗？
Yes, you can. The accompanying person can help with communication and give advice. However, diagnose will only be made by the doctors, and the accompanying person cannot intervene during treatment.
可以，陪同人士可以提供建议与辅助沟通，但是不能干预医院的诊疗，诊断结果以医院为准。
Do we have an English version for the vaccine reservation?
疫苗预约系统只有中文，可以出个英文版本方便外国人使用吗？
The newest appointment channel has an English version. Please search the official WeChat account “jkshenzhen” and click "Services" - "For foreigners" to make an appointment.
